Judy ShaThe founding attorney of The Sha Firm is an experienced litigator who has specialized in single plaintiff employment and class action lawsuits and business disputes.

  • Ms. Sha primarily represents employees in all aspects of employment law, including not only individual discrimination, harassment and retaliation cases, but also complex multi-party wage and hour class actions.
  • Dedicated to ensuring fairness in the workplace, Ms. Sha trains and advises employers and managers about compliance with federal and state labor and employment laws. Ms. Sha also conducts neutral fact-finding investigations into employment-related disputes and other sensitive issues.
  • Ms. Sha represents clients in business disputes and claims relating to fraud, breach of contract and personal injury.

Prior to forming The Sha Firm, Ms. Sha practiced and honed her skills at national and international powerhouse law firms, defending large U.S. and foreign corporations in a variety of industries, including retail, food and beverage, banking, communications and manufacturing.

Ms. Sha received her J.D. from UCLA School of Law and obtained her undergraduate degree at UCLA. Ms. Sha also externed for the Honorable Kim A. Wardlaw of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in Pasadena, California and the Honorable Virginia A. Phillips of the Central District of California.
